Leather cover, leather case for old binoculars from R. Treuer

A relic from the old days: this lined leather case was home to opera glasses from R. Treuer, Berlin's eyewear factory. Unfortunately the opera glasses are no longer there. The case looks very fragile and delicate, and has some damage. On the purple inner lining is the inscription of the shop where it was once sold: F. Bockelmann Wwe. Bielefeld. This business actually still exists. Dimensions 20x20cm
